Introduction to Craft Chocolate & Tempering Class

About the Event
In this class we will provide an introduction to the world of craft chocolate, taste craft vs. commercial chocolate, learn to temper chocolate using cacao butter seed (tempered cacao butter), and make your own cacao butter seed for future tempering.
This class is meant to be FUN with minimal equipment; after registering for the class, students will receive a welcome email with an attached guide listing the required and optional items needed for the class. Two weeks prior to the class, students will receive your tempering kit which will include untempered chocolate made by us, cacao butter seed, and a reference booklet. In the welcome e-mail we will request your home mailing address for shipping your kit. Your class purchase covers you and whoever else you want to have over for a fun afternoon activity so feel free to invite family and/or friends.
